Encore’s Skilled Nursing services support accelerated healing for your your loved one, with the goal of regaining their independence and returning home as soon as they’re able.
Skilled Nursing at Encore offers the highest quality of daily medical care available outside of a hospital for 24-hour monitoring and on-going treatment plans for residents. Our medical staff of certified nurses, aides, physicians, and therapists provides all-around customized care for residents, including those recovering from surgery, a hospital stay, or an acute extended illness, and even those with long-term medical needs.
Our skilled medical caregivers design and deliver personalized treatment plans for each resident, all agreed on by the physician, resident, and family. Realistic goals are set based on the resident’s unique health and rehabilitative needs, and we encourage their success along the way.
DOES MY LOVED ONE NEED REHABILITATION?
The Encore community offers innovative rehabilitation services, designed for meeting the goals of short or long-term therapy. Rehab services are always prescribed by a physician for those who meet the criteria, which includes a 3-midnight stay in a Medicare-approved hospital. At Encore, we partner with skilled, compassionate therapists from Innovative Care to help residents recover in three vital areas: body, mind, and speech. Our innovative, spacious therapy gym offers state-of-the-art, senior-specific equipment needed for an effective recovery program.
Our experienced therapists tailor their skilled-treatment approach to each patient, taking the time to understand their unique medical needs to create a custom recovery plan. By treating each person individually, a foundation of trust is built between the resident and therapist, promoting a more comfortable and effective recovery program for your loved one.
To ensure a smooth process, we openly encourage families to be a part of their loved ones’ recovery plan to ensure all concerns are alleviated and solutions are agreed upon prior to treatment.
